Interstate Border Security Compact

2016 State Party Platform

The Governor of Texas formally shall name a compact advisory group and begin the process to enter into an interstate compact allowing the participating states to enforce existing federal immigration laws; and that the Texas Legislature support all efforts by the Texas Governor to enter into a border security interstate compact and gain operational control of the border.
