We believe that rape victims should gain justice for the sexual assault crimes committed against them within 90 days, that Texas will rightly prioritize the inalienable right of the victims’ safety and justice, and that Texas will establish a standard protocol to be followed in regards to claims of sexual assault, and the funding of rape kit processing where the assailant is unknown will be continuous with mandatory annual reporting to ensure that the money is being allocated for this intent.
