We urge the Texas Legislature and Governor to enact laws that protect patients’(or parents’ if the patient is a minor) and their doctors’ rights to have access to experimental or off-label medications and procedures that can potentially be lifesaving or improve quality of life, consistent with the RPT Platform, without the interference of the Medical Board, Pharmacy Board, or hospital boards
