Government-funded Health Programs

124. Child Support Related to Welfare

Mothers applying for government financial support, exempting rape victims, shall provide the verifiable name and any known contact information of the birth father, which information shall be turned over to the State of Texas Attorney General’s Office within 30 days for collection of child support.
