239. Border Security Funding
We expect both the Texas Legislature and the United States Congress to prioritize the allocation of funds to effectively secure the border through whatever means necessary, including, but not limited to barriers, a border wall, and/or fences everywhere along the border where they are feasible and useful, and appropriate numbers of personnel and technology over land, sea, and air shall be made available. Texas shall seek repayment from the Federal Government for expenses incurred in securing its international border.
