245. Dependency on Foreign Nations
We call upon the United States to re-examine our trading relationships based on America’s economic and foreign policy interests in order to eliminate dependency on adversarial nations, such as China, for critical medical, technological, energy, and other vital resources. Critical infrastructure such as internet, cabling, electrical, power, and water facilities shall not be owned by companies with ownership in adversarial nations.
