We affirm a compassionate pro-life approach which:

a) Strengthens enforcement against illegal abortion providers, traffickers, and distributors of chemical abortion drugs;

b) Opposes criminal penalties against women for abortion, so that mothers may freely access life-affirming pregnancy resources centers which successfully save lives and bring support and healing;

c) Supports increased funding and resources for pregnancy centers, adoption services, maternal health programs, and post-abortion healing; and

d) Advances education and outreach that affirms the dignity of every human life and empowers women to choose life. By rejecting punitive measures against women and focusing accountability on illegal abortion providers where it belongs, Texas can continue to protect innocent life while building a true culture of life.
