We believe that the Texas Legislature must:

• Disallow any requirement for Texans to obtain, carry, present, or use a Digital ID, digital wallet, biometric-linked credential, or any equivalent electronic identification system to exercise constitutional rights, conduct daily affairs, vote, or participate in commerce - whether federal, state, local, or through private entities acting under government pressure 

• Work to nullify federal mandates, opting Texans out of federal data demands as the standard, and promoting decentralized, privacy-focused alternatives at the state level.

• Ban tech-exclusive systems and requirements for multiple verification methods to prevent exclusion from voting, commerce, or public services.

• Protect Texans’ anonymity online by preventing the mandatory disclosure of personal identifiers used to access state and local services.
